4 CORNERSCOMMERCIAL SERVICESProfessional commercial floor care
Commercial floor-care programs and one-time projects designed around floor condition, facility traffic, operating hours and appearance priorities.
Facility-specific service
Floors shape the first impression of a commercial property and absorb daily traffic that routine surface cleaning may not fully address. A professional floor-care plan separates ongoing maintenance from periodic project work.
4 Corners reviews the facility, current floor condition, traffic patterns and scheduling requirements before recommending a scope. Real project photography can be reviewed when approved; no stock before-and-after claims are used.
Scope options
Final tasks, frequency and access requirements are confirmed after a facility walkthrough.
Quarterly, semiannual, annual or custom floor-care programs based on facility conditions.
Deep commercial carpet extraction for offices, schools and other high-traffic environments.
Defined stripping, preparation and finish application projects for compatible facility areas.

Scheduled floor care helps facilities manage appearance intentionally instead of relying only on reactionary projects. The plan is based on observed condition and facility priorities, not a universal calendar.
